We start an in-person (Madrid) & online training,
in the month of October.

In these times of great
changes and transformations, the body
asks for movement and large
doses of energy,
expressiveness and creativity.

From Holistic Dance
we learn to take responsibility
for everything that happens to us
maintaining an active
and constant listening to our bodily state.
Unifying the physical, energetic, emotional,
mental and spiritual.
We learn to be at the service
of the soul unifying mind-heart,
being a bridge for
future generations.

Through different sacred
and ancestral practices we learn
to love and listen to the body
as a divine and sacred vehicle.
Our body is a temple
from where the soul expresses itself.

We learn to express
and manage emotions
and the different wheels
of power and archetypal energies
that are within us
creating and co-creating
a new energetic template.
Establishing a more harmonious
and balanced relationship
with life
and with the cycles
of our mother Earth.

We will follow different maps
of self-knowledge in an organic
and cyclic way and the principles
of a spirituality
based on respect for nature
and the sacred union.

through dance, creativity,
yoga, music, meditation
and body language.

In this training
we will delve into the path
of a Dakini
and the Celtic medicinal wheel
acquiring the archetypal knowledge
of the pantheon
of the Goddesses of Avalon.
